Meet the Director

Daniel Wong graduated with a Bachelor of Social Studies degree from The University of Sydney in Australia. He then obtained a Diploma of Christian Studies in The China Graduate School of Theology and a Diploma of Executive Management in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduation, Daniel has worked with a wide spectrum of clients, including children and youth, the mentally disabled, drug dependents, compulsive gamblers, refugees and asylum seekers. He was the first Chief Executive Officer of Stewards Limited, an established charitable organisation which provides school education, community and health services in Hong Kong. He was also appointed by Hong Kong Government as a member of the Guardianship Board and District Board Committees.

Daniel possesses substantial experience in education policy and administration. He was active in a number of School Management Committees. He also chaired Education Committee (Children and Youth Division) under the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. For many years, he had been outspoken on issues concerning the welfare of young people.

Daniel is passionate in Christian ministry. He was co-founder of Overseas Christian Outreach in University of Sydney, Chairman of Mobile Mission Maintenance (HK) Limited, and a missionary with Gospel Literature Outreach. Since 2006, Daniel has the privilege to be part of the coordinating team of the Global Christian Schools Network, a network of global Christian schools encouraging and empowering cross cultural mission programs.

Having been an international student in Australia himself, Daniel knows first-hand the challenges of studying and living in a foreign country. With the increasing number of Hong Kong parents who want to send their children to study abroad, Daniel would like to share his wealth of experience and use his professional knowledge to help them.
